Conestoga’s In Space: Is there a point to making MilSF logistics realistic-ish? Are explanations for time/distance/resupply helpful to story or just something that needs to be adequately hand-waved away? Let’s compare and contrast how some well known MilSF franchises address the questions which real life military planners invest so much to solve. Can logistics make a story better? (moderator will pick franchises where logistics aren’t waved away, such as: Draka-verse, The General, The Expanse, etc.)
